Welcome to our Toowoomba Wild + Free group, we're so excited to have you here! Take a moment to have a good look around this members area, there's lots of great info, and don't forget to bookmark it so you can easily jump on to look at upcoming events and RSVP! Let the Admins know if you have any suggestions to help the group run more smoothly.
📌 REMINDER FOR NEW MEMBERS
Please do not share the password for this members-only page, group or event details, or other member-only information with people who have not yet been approved as members. This is to keep us all safe and to ensure we maintain the group intention and adhere to official Wild + Free group guidelines.
💡 DID YOU KNOW...?
The RSVP form link is also included in the details for every event, so if you subscribe to our calendar (or regularly check it out below), you can click on the event, click the RSVP link, and it will take you straight to the form!
We want to make it simple for our members to get all the info you need to be active within the group, and to keep the time-consuming 'jobs' to a minimum for our Admins. Thank you for using the systems we've put in place to make all our lives a little easier!

*Please note: Events listed as "Local Community Event" or "Organised by another group" don't require an RSVP and are listed for your information and as something that may be of interest to our members. Wild + Free group members may not necessarily be attending these events, but you're welcome to coordinate individually with other group members to attend, or we'll let you know if a group is planning to participate.
In the case of events such as shows at the Empire Theatre that offer a group discount or 'school' group options, our Admins will happily organise a group event if there's enough interest, or you can coordinate your own. Keep an eye on the Messenger chat or the announcements section above for questions and updates regarding group local events.

Want to add the Event RSVP form as a quick access 'app' on your phone home screen? Making the form easy to access and fill out quickly will help you get into the habit of RSVPing for events, which is a huge help for our Admins!
Check out the instructions below for both iPhone and Android users.

iPhone Users:
1. Click the link above (it will open in a new tab) to open it in your iPhone browser.
2. At the bottom of your screen click the icon of the square with an arrow pointing upwards.
3. Scroll down to select 'Add to Home Screen.'
4. Your 'app' should now be on your home screen, move it to your preferred location ready to access easily when needed.
Now whenever you click on that, it will open straight up to the Event RSVP form for a quick way to RSVP for upcoming Wild + Free events. And the form will automatically refresh 5 seconds after each submission, so why not RSVP for a few things at once!
Android Users:
1. Open the link above, or copy and paste it, in your Android browser.
2. Select the icon with 3 horizontal lines, or whatever similar icon you have to open webpage options.
3. Select the '+' icon with "Add page to," then select "Home screen."
4. Your 'app' should now be on your home screen, move it to your preferred location ready to access easily when needed.
